To be eligible for our travel programs, applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled in high school or college
• Demonstrate financial need
• Commit to participating in the full duration of the selected trip
• Provide accurate and complete information in their application

3. Application Process

All applications are reviewed by our selection committee. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion. Selected participants will be notified via email.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Selected participants agree to:

• Attend all scheduled activities and maintain punctuality
• Respect fellow participants, program staff, and local communities
• Follow all safety guidelines and local laws
• Share their experience through testimonials or program reports

5. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive a receipt for their contribution for tax purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

JoyfulLee Foundation is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during travel programs. Participants are required to have appropriate insurance coverage and may be asked to sign liability waivers.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
